Hello srmo
I am passive participant of this forum and it is my first post. Please share your experiance when doing medicals. where did you do it? how much it costed you? were you able to use medical aid? i am asking you these because we are residing in the same country and i just got MR, PCC and RPRF and wanted to do it in the best way. any additional advice will be very appreciated.
I'm a late March 2010 applicant. Original app to CIO Sydney, full docs to Buffalo in Aug 2010 then in Nov 2011 file transferred to Seattle VO. I received MR late May 2012 and today i received PPR from Seattle
Hang in there everyone. Good luck to all those still waiting for PPR.
Thanks Tokon. It was a long wait prior to my MR letter but I'm so fortunate that PPR came so quickly after MR. Now i'm just anxiously awaiting the return of my passport. Been approx 2 weeks so far so approx 2 - 4 weeks wait to go i guess

Is it mandatory to do the medical check ups from the applicant's own country? One of my friends is living away from his own country and his consultant told him to come back to his own country to do the medical check up. I am wondering is CIC such strict to this instruction, since there are also prescribed doctors in that country where my friend is residing? Pls throw some lights.
