I am an express entry candidate and want to know about procedure for applying PCC in punjab. I have stumbled upon a link:

which says:
For residents of Punjab: You can apply to your local Senior Superintendent of Police, or the senior ranking police official at the police station in your district.
But I have also noticed in some groups where people suggest to opt for Passport Seva Kendra(PSK) instead of police station.
I am a little confused about which way to go as process of P.S.K. looks straight forward but I am not sure if they will accept that PCC.
Any help will be appreciated..
