Applied for PGWP but didn't receive WP-EXT

I applied last 24May (3:11pm EDT) and still waiting for the WP-EXT (PGWP) as well. Additional background:

1. I added UCI in my imm form.
2. Biometrics and UCI missing in the Applicant Information.

I applied for pgwp on May 13 but havent got the PGWP EXTEND LETTER as well, is anyone facing the same long duration that im experiencing? Is there any benefit in raising the webform? Pls do let me know. A humble sincere request. Since im tensed with my scenario because all of friends who applied after me also recieved the letter but i havent still recieved the letter.

I am considering raising a technical issue, but it has a mandatory question on providing the UCI number. Hi Everyone,
I want to share my story for other who are in similar situation. I applied for my post graduation work permit on May 15, and like my other friends i did not receive the IMM EXT work authorization letter immediately. I had a job confirmation but my employer was not ready to proceed without my work authorization letter, i called IRCC every other day and filled out web forms too but i did mot receive the work authorization letter for three weeks (21 days). Thinking i might loose the job, i flagpoled and got my work permit the same day (i was lucky). But i had read on one these portals that if you raise a technical issue instead of a web form and mention that your biometrics and UCI have not been updated and you are requesting to update them then they update your application and receive the interim work authorization letter. Along with my web forms i had also raised this technical issue a week ago. and guess what, the day i fagpoled,, the very next day IRCC updated my boimetrics and UCI and i also received my interim work authorization letter (which at this point is uesless because i already have my work permit and i requested to cancel my online application)

My advice to those who need the interim work authorization letter and haven’t received one is to raise a technical issue and request for an update on your biometrics and UCI (considering both those sections are blank in your application currently).

So happy to know that you got your work permit.. one of friend was also going through the same situation. She didn't get any wp_ext ( work authorization letter) yet and she's still waiting for her work permit approval.

WP-EXT for PGWP received June 15 (15 working days from date of application) -

Approval is still pending.

Hey guys, I applied for my work permit on 14th July and still haven't received my PGWP-EXT letter, I tried calling on the IRCC helpline number but due to hight volume of call I wasn't connected to any agent and hence I have raised a ticket for a technical issues. Is there anything else I can do from my end to get this resolved asap ? Also can some please let me know if I can at least work part time since my study permit expires in December so I'm a still eligible to work part time off campus even after completing my studies ? Thank you
