Applied for PGWP but didn't receive WP-EXT

Has anyone got their Biometrics updated who applied in May?

I applied May 1 as solo applicant for pgwp, received confirmation shortly after. But I havent received my WP-Ext letter as well. Profile hasnt updated yet.

It's been 10 days for me. Just called the IRCC and the agent said they don't issue that letter anymore. He sent me the email just indicated that I can still work full time during the maintained status if

• Had a valid study permit when you submitted your application,
• Completed your program of study, and
• Were eligible to work off campus without a work permit while studying and you didn’t work more hours than you were allowed to.

If these conditions apply to you and you need to prove to an employer that you’re eligible to work, provide the employer with a copy of all the required documents.

He said I can show this email to employer for proof as well.

I had applied on 12th May (Late night) and i just recieved the confirmation and submission messages immediately. (I had the study permit and Coop work permit both valid untill nov 2024)
Later next day late night, i got a mail stating that your status has been updated , but when i went to check it on ircc website there wasnt any change. Today is 19 May, I havent recieved any updates from then till now. I havent yet recieved the PGWP-Extend letter. Im really tensed on what to do , if anyone has been in same scenario, and got the letter, pls let me know. A humble request! .

Hi all,
My pgwp is expiring in May and there are no draws yet.
If I apply for pgwp extension just to buy out time and visitor visa on the safer side of the extension get rejected then I won’t be out of status meanwhile I wait for draws to resume.

so if my visitor visa get approved before any update on extension would I still be count on implied status and continue to work or my application will automatically be rejected?
