Hi! Just to give you a hint, I passed my 6th month last March 11, 2016 and no updates at all. Will now move to the next steps of ordering gcms and calling CIC.

Contacted Local Visa Office as six months had already passed. The replied that my file is in queue and has not been reviewed yet and I just need to wait.

it is so weird but it is true. I got replied from the MP:

-Your application was received on September 7, 2015

-there is no positive selection decision rendered yet.

-the background checks are not started.

-the medicals are valid until August 2016.

-the initial review was done October 13, 2015 and your file was assigned to an agent for March 24.

The current processing time is now closer to 12 months although it still shows at 6 months on the website.



Still waiting and I ordered note on March 1 st. Hope the results will come by the end of this month.

Guys, how do i know which one is my local Visa office, i am applying from Dubai. BGC started 2 weeks ago.
