Okay, also what we're refusal reasons. If they few and fixable. You might be able to get an ADR. Which are faster than appeals. More informal meeting. No witnesses, no lawyer. If not you have to wait for full hearing.
I copy&paste this post from feb/17
There is no way to know for sure. Appeals through the Toronto office sometimes take two years to be scheduled. You might get an ADR, which will take less time. You can phone the Toronto office (the number should be with the documents they have sent you) and ask - I found the Immigration Appeal Board office was more helpful than the CIC helpline

I answered all of the questions in interveiw and at the end the IO said i dont belive your relation is genuine and you married her to get visa and she also said you can appeal may be another IO can handle your case
I see. Well not normal in Canada. But I guess you can try for adr. If not you need to wait and gather proof for appeal. How many times she visit you? For how long. How long you been married. The more info you give the better ppl.can help.

Yes she was here with me in delhi for 5 months ad we ghatherd lots of proofs pics bills of gifts etc...
so if she win the appeal Will IO will ask interveiw again from me ?
we were married in 2013 and got an interview in 2014 and was refused because i was not ready for it and up to now she came here 5-6 time for 3-4 months
first i got refused because i couldnt answer questions asked by IO in 2014 and appealed and it was allowed and then in Jan 2017 again got refused reason marrige is not genuine and then again appealed in march......now 3 days ago my wife recived a package in her mail box (discloser) and her lawyer said its good news that you recived discloser and said probably in 10-20 days you will have your appeal date
You been refused twice for what seems like same reason? That's crazy. You have appealed twice in the same time I appeal once. That's bizarre. 10 -20 days, so the disclosure is all your new proof?

Not sure. I gave all new proof to our lawyer. He made an exhibit book from it. But we didn't get a copy. Just lawyer, Minister's Counsel and CBSA. Maybe you got your own.
