i was at the same situation as you i got pr in 2012 divorced in 2014 remaried in 2014 but i didnt know that im bared from sponsoring for 5 year wich is 2017 and i applied in 2015 and got refused there is no way arround the law my friend just spend as much time with ure wife and gather evidence that it is genuine good luck

Why would you divorce your spouses ??? And try remarrying right away? Just curious, because you fight so hard for your love, your marriage and get here to lose all that you fought for!

Actually it was her who wanted divorce one day she just said she cant live with me anymore even if she lost her job and i was supporting her i never thaught we will divorce we were married for 8 years

Not sure. I gave all new proof to our lawyer. He made an exhibit book from it. But we didn't get a copy. Just lawyer, Minister's Counsel and CBSA. Maybe you got your own.

Yah your wife should be tellung you the date of the appeal. She should know it. The lawyer will want to prep you and your wife.

So we received the email from ottawa. Requesting updated forms, medical & police. Will get those in by the end of next week. Happy for that.

I took the forms, pcc to lawyer this morning for him to upload. Hopefully the assistant got to it today. I'm still hoping for a mid August PPR. Praying

I really doubt they would interview my husband after an appeal win. It's rare. Also the app is being processed in Canada. So am hoping all Rabat has to do with it is call my husband to bring his passport.

You have 30 days to update the forms they are requesting The email will have the forms required to update. If your medical and police check has expired they will need to be re done. If you have made any additional trips to see your spouse you can send copies, copies of phone calls , email etc anything that adds to your relationship continuing contact.

Can you please inform me as to what format in telephone records would be acceptable? Do you feel we will need a seal for proof they are from a legal over seas telephone company.

I wouldn't say you need a seal or notary.I only printed off Sask tel and Bell. So you been refused? Good that you found this thread. Where are you from, what vo?

My husband submitted Ufone records his telephone long distance provider with all our phone calls during our May interview and was told they were not acceptable and the interviewer dismissed them and said it looked like excel work.
