They send your file.to where? Mississauga or Ottawa? Ours weas received in Ottawa on June 5. They requested all updated docs on July 11. About 2 mos after winning our appeal.

Two things, you have to not give them any reason to believe the VO had the right decision for the refusal. If someone down right moves, it could do one of two things, help solidify your relationship in their eyes. Or make them think, well if she can move there and live there, her husband doesn't need the visa.
Perhaps showing that you have bigger ties to Saskatchewan than in Morocco. Your job is waiting for you, grown kids in Canada.
Was hoping more members would have input and you can better weigh your options. It gets quiet here on weekends.
You have some time to figure it out. So your employer can also accommodate.
You should.think about Saskatchewan Health Benefits too. They allow up to 7 months gone. In a year. Would you automatically get them back upon return? Would you have medical insurance? Just trying to make sure you have all the bases covered. Think like cic would think. Does thay make sense?

I have genuine question.

I came in canada in 2014 March. On spouse PR VISA . i got divorce from my wife in 2015.

I was dipressed and was planning to remarry.

In april 2017 I remarried but When i called CIC. They said i have conditional PR and i can't sponser her till next 2019 march.

I am very upset as i need to apply for her visa soon. So that i can see her
Please if any body can help me with my question let me know i am eagerly waiting.

Good point Mary about Sask health. Perhaps I should just go for 4-6 months

Give them a call, or maybe look up online. There's always snowbirds going to Arizona and Florida. Then you know for sure how it works. Also don't forget you need to either book your return flight for under 3 mos. Or apply for a visitor visa, which I have never done. If you try and fly with a 6 or 7 month ticket they wont let you board. So you would have to buy a cheap flight out to satisfy the airline, and perhaps get your money back.

i was at the same situation as you i got pr in 2012 divorced in 2014 remaried in 2014 but i didnt know that im bared from sponsoring for 5 year wich is 2017 and i applied in 2015 and got refused there is no way arround the law my friend just spend as much time with ure wife and gather evidence that it is genuine good luck

Unless your spouses can come to Canada on their own. You just have to wait.

After i got refused in my seond interveiw in delhi in feb 2017 My wife in canada wrote a letter for appeal now yesterday 26 JUL she got lots of papers in post like our pic file that we had sent to IO all the THINGS
So can anyone tell me what is that ? Blue book ? And when my wife will have her appeal ?

please, what does the text I highlighted means?. What additional evidence are they asking for ??.

If you have made any additional trips to see your spouse you can send copies, copies of phone calls , email etc anything that adds to your relationship continuing contact.
