You mentioned sending a request to renew your CSQ. Since we are using the same firm, did they ask you to renew it or you were the one who requested the renewal? Mine is expiring in August.

I wonder what the fellows in Abu Dhabi Visa office are doing. Do they really go to work everyday?!!! I received my GCMS notes and I found a note stating the following " Meds to be sent" dated 23 Jan 2018. However, till the moment, 47 days later, nothing has been received. So, I am not sure when exactly I am going to receive it and in case I passed it, how long I will wait for the next step. I know applicants who did their medical a year ago and are still waiting. This is actually killing me.

Since we share the same consultant, I would like to say that hiring this firm was a huge mistake. They literally do nothing. The only thing they do is to send us the forms that can be easily downloaded and we waste time sending them back the completed forms and then waiting for them to be forwarded to the visa office. So, a request that can be fulfilled in an hour, may take a week. Moreover, we are not allowed to contact the visa office directly, and we have to wait for them to do so on our behalf. So, each time I would like to inquire about something, I have to send an email to the consultant, wait for 3 days for the consultant to reply, wait again for them to send the inquiry, and wait for the response. This is totally ridiculous. The thing is that I paid them in advance, so I am stuck with them.

I tried linking my application online but was unable to. I have a consultant as well and in order to link your application you have to sign a form that will release your consulatant from any responsibility.
