I sent the forms to my Rep just to confirm that everything is Ok. Once getting the PCCs, I will send them again to my Rep. They will forward it to ADVO.

"You must submit the document(s) and/or information within (30) days from the date of this request (Which is November 30, 2017): otherwise it will cause delays in the processing or it could result in the refusal of your application. Additional documents may be requested by the Visa Officer upon the complete assessment of your application"
I have forwarded the documents to my Consultant via DHL since 21/12/2017 and they are supposed to be delivered on 28/12/2017. In his turn, my consultant has to send these documents to ADVO.
The question is, should the documents reach before 30 days or at least need to be sent with 30 days?

I think your documents should arrive by 30th of December. However, the lawyer can ask for extension especially if these documents include police certificates.

Good you sent the documents as requested @mgazi. Is your consultant in Canada? Did he receive the documents you sent him? And did he already confirm with you he forwarded them to cic? I would advice you to put him some pressure to send asap and not depend on that date extension stuff. Cic is unpredictable.

I agree with you dear stylove because the consultant has many cases but we are concerned about our case and future. So we should take the follow up of the same till we get any confirmation from CIC

unfortunately, the documents are still not delivered to the consultant. It was showing on DHL website 27/12/2017 at 23:59 !!!
Yesterday I called the Consultant ( in Canada dear Stylove) and they have said that they will extend.
I am waiting to get a notification of the delivery of the documents then I will make a second call for them.
