You mean to say 1 Year program is not eligible even before August 19th 2020 ?

they say it was there when i applied. i checked archieve for nov 12th, the ineligibility section is not there lol. I have every right to ask for a refund if omission on eligibility was missed by onip

no this criterion was always imposed even before sept 1st according to the dm i sent you. i think it is just they omitted it from the website.

Since you got intention to refuse instead of direct refusal, can't you explain the situation and hope for an approval?

Can you share the screenshot of the Email which you got from OINP without your details then others also can get some kind of benefit

I already explained to them that at the time of application. the ineligibility was not there on the website and according to this phrase:
"and that requires a completed degree as an admission requirement" means I was eligible because it just says that you need a degree as an admission requirement. So programs which accept degrees or diploma as admission is fine with the above phrase. Unless my English is not good

They should have instead written "requires only completed degree holders as an admission requirement"

Yes I'm agree with you that conditions were introduce was 26th of November before nothing was there.

Its on this page under "If you are not nominated" section. The process is same for other streams. If you explained your situation clearly, I think you should receive the nomination.

Yes you should write to them again they have never mention 1 Year program was ineligible
They should send a link to clarification right ?

Mine is still under assessment. I've submitted my application on August 28th. Wondering whether should I call them after during Christmas week? I think I'm the only one here whose application is under assessment phase?
