In this group out of 21 applications 10 been got nomination & rest still awaiting most of them are 90 days now.

Did all of them applied to International Student Steam which was opened on August 19th, 2020?

they say the criteria were always there but i have proof this ineligibility section was omitted from the website on sept batch

You mean to say 1 Year program is not eligible even before August 19th 2020 ?
