OINP travel history help

Hi all

I have registered applying for international student steam but I need help in the below question.

1] Have you visited Canada in the last ten years? Mandatory
Does Visited mean visitor visa or I need to write everything about my study permit and work permit.
Please advise

I have a clarification on this on how to put this. In my case, I finished my study last April 2023. Then I was already working, no gaps at all.

So June 2023- I went to NYC for 3 days -->back to work --> then a week after I went to Mexico for 3 days---> fast forward last November went to Japan for 2 weeks.

How do I visualize this in the form that asked for the past 10 years?
