Hi again, couple of questions,
1) Do I have to get every copy of every document certified by a commissioner of oaths? e.g. passports and copies of ECA and IELTS etc?
2) should I include a cover letter on the application for or just simply send documents in the order specified with no additional info?
Thanks

Of these documents are either in English or French
2) should I include a cover letter on the application for or just simply send documents in the order specified with no additional info? There is no need for cover letter. Please just follow

2. Do I have to submit letters for my common-law partners work in the last 10 years as well as my own as principal applicant? If so where should i include them in terms of ? No, not required
3. on my own letters of employment my company wouldnt include a list of my job duties as it is confidential info. Is this a problem? should I include a note afterwards to explain my duties or just point them to the economic classes form where I have listed them out? Yes, this is a problem as CIC expressly stated the format in which the reference letter must be prepared. To add to what you got from your company, get your supervisor or senior colleague to give you the reference letter on plain paper in full CIC format. Include this person's call card and attach to your reference letter from the company.
Thanks everyone!
See above, all the best.
See the answers below in red.
Dear, I see you mentioned copies of ECA and IELTS. Hopefully that is oversight - you are required to include originals for ECA and IELTS on your application and not the copies.

Suggestion would be to add cover letter if you are including or adding info on additional papers which are are outside of standard forms.
Thanks

Dear All,
I have few question regarding the application for Canadian immigration (FSW):
1. As mentioned in Canadian application, I have to declare all my assets and liabilities. Though I have the sufficient funds as mentioned by them but I also have an education loan of 13 Lakhs. Will this hinder my application. Do I need to show my education loan in liabilities or I can skip it.
2. Also for proof of funds, will bank statements signed and attested by Bank suffice.
3. What is the immigration office to be filled for application from Delhi
4. How to pay processing fees for application. One option is credit card. But what is the link and where do I pay this?
5. Do me and my spouse need to fill the form 'Statutory Declaration for Common Law Union'. Will marriage certificate suffice as a proof of our living together or we need to provide other proofs like joint bank accounts, lease agreements etc.

No, you only have one credential so you get 21 points for Post-secondary program credential of three years or longer. This is according to the Instructions Guide (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/EG7TOC.asp)
