2023 Criminal Rehabilitation Processing Times

I had 1 DUI 8 years ago. I applied for Criminal Rehabilitation and received confirmation my application was received Aug 8, 2022. It has been almost 8 months. I was hoping to go on a bear hunt end of May, but haven’t heard anything. Anyone know of an average current processing time?

IRCC doesn't publish processing average processing times for rehab applications and we see too few cases here to know a real average. Based on what I've seen here recently, I would say to plan for a year. Of course it may very well take less than a year or also more than a year.

It would be via email to the best of my knowledge.

There's an online tool for application status however I don't know if this includes rehab applications. https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do

they will email you and send to your representative as well. they too over 4 year to get back to me lol.. yea crazy right? If you want to know you may have to request their GCMS notes

How do we request GCMS notes?

There few websites from where you can apply GCMS notes for Rehabilitation application. I have never applied for Rehabilitation though, I have applied for my study permit and visitor visa. I applied through gcmsapply.com and received in 20 days all the time. Never tried other sites like, getgcms, gcmsnote, etc are to name few.

Hello!
I have a question about a file number for CR.
I heard if we email to the consulate office, we are able to get the file number before, but now they just sent an automatic reply. And they only accept via webform. But my lawyer said if we want to ask questions by webform, we need a file number.....
So, to get the file number we need to use webform, but to use webform we need a file number... is it true?? Is there anyone who get the file number sine September 2023??
