Criminal Rehabilition processing times???!

Hey! So my common law partner had a DUI on his record from Australia (over 5 years ago) and we applied for Criminal Rehabilitation approximately 8 months ago...

Any ideas on how long this process usually takes to get a decision? Thanks!!!!

It's really hard to say. It can take anywhere from a few months to a couple of years. Each case is individual.

I'm about to apply for mine, did you send all documents to Sydney's office?

I had a DUI in aus which was over 5 years ago before I applied and I applied the normal process and got approved..
