>You had previously applied for a number of TRV applications to Canada and were refused. In your IMM 5669 form you did not declare any of them, that's why your application is in review. It appears that they already know about this and your GCMS request is also logged, so it may not be useful to correct the info at this stage.
However, you need not to worry much about it because a federal court judgment ruled that a refusal for a temporary visa cannot be used to refuse a permanent visa application. It is possible that they will not take any further action before approving your PR.<
I am in the same boat.
I don't know whether I should stay hopeful and correct question 6d once I receive AOR.
or alternatively, I can withdraw my TR 2 PR application and apply for CEC which I am eligible for.
I withdrew my TR to PR international student. I refunded the payment. I dont want to take the risk.. Anyone knows the withdrawal procedure? Do i need to raise a webform?

There are 2 separate issues here,
1. The officer makes a judgment on "why the applicant answers NO" (or why the applicant lied/hidden)
2. This is true, "a refusal for a temporary visa cannot be used to refuse a permanent visa application", but this is for the case the applicant answer "yes" on application (honest answer)
Actually, no one can answer yes, or no on this case.
