Hello again about Q6 d. Form 5669.

Post on the 1st page:
>You had previously applied for a number of TRV applications to Canada and were refused. In your IMM 5669 form you did not declare any of them, that's why your application is in review. It appears that they already know about this and your GCMS request is also logged, so it may not be useful to correct the info at this stage.
However, you need not to worry much about it because a federal court judgment ruled that a refusal for a temporary visa cannot be used to refuse a permanent visa application. It is possible that they will not take any further action before approving your PR.<
...Anyone know which judgement?
I am in the same boat.
I don't know whether I should stay hopeful and correct question 6d once I receive AOR.
or alternatively, I can withdraw my TR 2 PR application and apply for CEC which I am eligible for.
I got my application linked just now ( have failed to link several times before). No AOR yet. Submitted 12:12pm EST, international grad stream.
How did uh linked? With what info?
That explains everything. Thank you so much

Did you had any mistakes or uploaded paystubs?

I withdrew my TR to PR international student. I refunded the payment. I dont want to take the risk.. Anyone knows the withdrawal procedure? Do i need to raise a webform?
I dont suggest to withdraw your application. I withdrew mine because I got an ITA from CEC.

I got an ITA from CEC within 2 weeks after applying for TR to PR and applied the same day. So far, my TR to PR is moving way faster than my CEC app.

There are 2 separate issues here,
1. The officer makes a judgment on "
why the applicant answers NO" (or why the applicant lied/hidden)
2. This is true, "
a refusal for a temporary visa cannot be used to refuse a permanent visa application", but this is for the case the applicant answer "yes" on application (honest answer)
Actually, no one can answer yes, or no on this case.

I think the TR to PR will move faster. It's just only due to the disturbance in the beginning should cause delay.
One question guys, in education section i put my transcript and my diploma but not my completion letter will it be okay ?
I submitted on 12:12 EST.
This is a crazy idea.. how you checked the official guide?

2. Proof of Current Employment in Canada
When you apply, you will need to prove that you are currently employed in Canada.
You must submit the following as proof:
- A copy of your work permit(s) in Canada (if applicable), and
- An employer reference letter from your current employer. The letter must include:
- location of work
- specific period of your employment (to/from dates)
- description of your main responsibilities and duties
- your total annual salary and benefits
- the number of hours you work per week
- your employer's name, signature, full address, telephone number and email address (if applicable)
-
You must also include your most recent pay stubs.
Would that be okay if the salary mentioned in the reference letter was on hourly basis instead of annually?
