I dont think so.. if you receieve an AOR you are not eligible for refund. We have to refund now before we receieve the AOR. Its in the email i received when I tried to update my form.

I just called and the agent told me that medical and criminal checks are passed, but nothing new update in the account. Don't know how long they will review eligibility and security

I dont suggest to withdraw your application. I withdrew mine because I got an ITA from CEC.

Hey, I am in the same boat. I am thinking about applying for CEC as well but I think the process of it takes a longer time than TR 2 PR, considering they also have a big backlog there...
