So my MP came back to me saying CIC is saying they don't received my application as per their records . I've signed proof.
I ve sent all the proofs (signed delivery and address where i sent to) to my MP.
Uncertainty at its peak right now. Don't know what to do

Wow worst case scenario, I'm hoping they will allow you to resubmit a new package even if it's past the august 4 deadline... sorry you have to go through this((

I think as long as you have proof of receipt you should be good. If the envelope is still not open it may not be in their system.
I suggest that you call them again and ask to investigate, give them the name of whoever signed, or get your MP to do this on your behalf.
Option 1-on top of the application package(as suggested in guideline) but my concern Is that email suggest make confirmation email the first page of your application?so what's sequences? First bar code then email ?
Or
option 2: place bar code on the top of particular form example IMM 1344
And IMM 0008

Now I am communicating through MP because every time i called them they told me they are working on 2014 application and i just have to wait for my turn

Please update mine:
AOR July 06.
Just to mention in the note, we forgot to pay online and I rushed to send the payment receipt by Express Mail on June 28. It could affect the delay.
Option 2 is the correct way. Place the confirmation email on top of the backache. Keep barcode pages of individual forms on top of respective form. That's how I did it. Not sure if others share the same view.
