You will first need to reset the password they assigned you.
Then you will check a checkbox for each person, confirming they're in Canada.
Then you will enter the current address and upload a photo for everyone, and submit everything

I agree.
Not sure if you know, when you reply to first portal email, they are asking for information for every family member. My kids were born in Canada. Technically they were not included in my application. Not sure if I should reply the email with their information as well?

In that case you won’t need to confirm their info in the first mail (you won’t even get emails for them), and they won’t show up later in your portal account

Lucky you @mstefan . I am waiting for like 40 days now for the portal link/credentials. I think i should email them everyday . Not sure whether it will annoy them and hope they dont block me.

You confirmed your information in response to the first email, and now you’re waiting for the credentials email more than 40days???? If I were you I would answer that email again every day until they send you the next one… Just add a little two lines note at the beginning so they know why you keep sending the same email…
Ya, I am trying to send an email per day now. Its the 43rd day of wait for the portal credentials. I filed with the help of my company's legal representative. Not sure what is happening as they have not shared anything specific with me. All they say is, the processing times has no visibility .
