Nope. The posts about attachments appeared in this thread after I’ve sent my web form. So I wanted to prepare one if I got an afghan crisis response again. Luckily I didn’t get there
@mstefan Could you please post the contect of the email here? I may get mine soon since we had the same officer. Want to prepare what they ask for. Thanks!

The email itself is not interesting, but the attached PDF is where all the steps are. Here is the most important part:
In your response, for yourself and for each member of your family, copy and paste this template and fill in the information (check your passport for the dates and location):
Name:
UCI:
Email (as set out in this message):
Original entry date:
Date of last time you entered Canada:
Location where you last entered:
Thank you so much!
With regards to the two questions below, do you know if Flagpole count as an entry? They didn't stamp on my passport when we did it in Rainbow bridge. Date of last time you entered Canada:
Location where you last entered:

Oh wow, that's a riddle. Not sure how flagpoling is considered. My guess is that it is a new entry. The stamp is not always relevant. For ex, my mother-in-law flew in from Europe 3 days ago, she's got a visitor visa, and her passport was not stamped at all (which also means they allowed her to stay 6 months). They would stamp it only if they restrict her stay to less than 6 months. So, don't base your info on your stamp. If you physically passed the border in one way (exit) and then again in the other (entry), even without entering in another country between those two, I would say it's an entry.

Got it. Thanks!
I sent a Web form today and received the generic reply just now. I hope the person who handle it is kindly enough to forward to the officer

Did you respond once or each of your dependend need to respond?
You mentioned your dependend received the email as well. Just wondering what's the proper way.
