Portal 2 to eCopr timeline 2024

I just called IRCC to inquire about my application and if I can apply PRTD from inside Canada while waiting for my ecopr, they said there is no timeline for copr, and those who got copr sooner like in 5 or 6 days, might have different categories or information, for PRTD we can’t apply from inside Canada and can’t apply without copr

I really need some good advice here. My dependent out of country visas are expiring on Feb. 25, just literally 2weeks left from this day.
I still haven't receive my e-copr, Portal 2 was on Nov. 6, replied same day, PNP non EE.
My anxiety level is on uproar, this so stressful and brain wracking. I called IRCC 2 weeks in a row and they only said that a note has already been sent to the office about the situation and I just need to wait since they cannot do anything from their end.
Can I possibly let my dependents travel even without the confirmation of my e-copr, before the expiry of their visas. Is anyone on the same situation? A good advice will be appreciated.

I have only seen 1 or 2 cases but people might not be posting of the rejection.
