I got bvl today and no ppr yet I am scared as I’ve been reading ppl are getting bvl+ppr together does this mean there is refusal ?

I got BVL for spouse visa today Jan 23 also. Submitted on Oct 15 through New portal. Biometrics completed on Nov 18. Hopefully I get approved and get PPR soon. Pretty anxious now that I didn't get BVL and PPR at the same time.

Guys, I’m a bit confused. When does one get the BVL? My parents gave their biometrics in august 2021 but we have not received any BVL. In the old application, i can see their biometrics updated though. For reference here is the timeline:

first application - November 2020 (yes!!)
Biometrics - August 2021
2nd application on new portal - oct 31, 2021.

no updates whatsoever.

A BVL is received along with a decision on your visa application.

Lot of Oct / Nov files are stuck. Oct 26th is being processed. 31 is pretty close and you should hear anytime in the next few days

I applied through an agent on April 2021 and biometric was done on 23 august after that no reply I am pr of Canada. he is saying they taking too long on new portal too don't know what to do. my son's graduation is coming in June I am thinking about saying it if I applied in new portal. Agent asked me to contact m p but haven't heard from them yet. Can you able to tell how fast new portal application going. thx

Biometric Received: 31-Jan-2022
Biometric Scheduled (Ahmedabad): 04-Feb-2022

I can see some status changes at top of my parent's application in Biometrics, there is some number, Bio Metric Date and Expiry date. Does that mean their Biometric is updated on the portal?

Can anyone tell me what should be the next process? Do I need to update anything on the portal now or just wait game?
