Yes, it’s possible but not recommended. The medical validity is 1 year and no one knows how long our journey gonna take till it reaches final stage. There are couple of friends here in forum whose 2nd medical test is almost expiring soon so better wait for IRCC instruction.
Hello all,
I sent yesterday via IRCC webform the new schedule A, police certificate etc that they asked me, and today I received the pre-arrival services. I have not been requested medicals yet.
What is the meaning of this letter?
Thanks!

For inland people it's useless but it means your application is in progress.
For me, the day I received the PAL is the same day when my Background check was completed.
So maybe your background check is done too.
@Nikos1978 , I had linked my pr card application in my GCKey account and I saw that yesterday my card was mailed. In the portal my photo is still under review. So you might want to do the same.

@Anitsuga
Congrats there
I sent mine over the weekend, like 4 webforms for all the documents. For now I just received a reply for one of them as "We verified the information you provided and can confirm the reception of your document(s) and that they will be added on file shortly." Did you receive another email saying that they sent the documents to the agent or not? just to confirm
We are getting there. Best of luck.
I believe it means nothing but that the application completeness is checked and confirmed, but some steps are not done such as reviewing additional documents or background check. Once these are done, you'll receive a message from them to either ask you for more details move to the next step, which is requesting a medical exam if not exempted.

In my case it was the case... Don't know if it is relevant for everyone.
It would be interesting that people with eCoPR like @Kostas ckeck their Background process completion date and compare it with PAL date
I forgot that, maybe he could send you a screenshot ?
If someone else have an ecopr, he could compare his background check date and PAL date, that would be cool !
