You don't have any information for me i am October 2019 inland applicant and got AOR in April 2021 and after that nothing still waiting 24 months passed

So you dont have your Pre-arrival letter, so it seems your background check is not completed...

Someone on FB confirm that his PAL date = Background check completed

In my case, I received the PAL on Oct 19th and my "background check" is still in progress.

Could you please share if you have submitted all these docs via generic web form or through your IRCC portal after linking your application.

I did through generic webform, but I only received a reply for 1 of them(as they reply to the message in that webform specifically but not the others), I will called IRCC next week if I don't hear that they received the other messages/documents.
I can't submit them through my online account.

No am Feb 2019 outland applicant. Pre arrival was received in March 2020, medical 2nd September 2021. All assessments were done on my case notes except medical and security, “Not started”

In my case, I received the PAL on Oct 19th and my "background check" is still in progress.

That's normal, you need to to receive the eCoPR before you can see the real completion date for background check
