I just got the 5th email, even though I replied to it twice with the information required, and I wrote that I was currently on vacation for the next 3 weeks. Someone please help me. I heard some individuals managed to get hold of them over the phone, so you may have to try more than once. You'll get lucky and speak to an agent if you keep trying.

50 days since AOR, July 2020 inland applicant (medical, biometric, pre-arrival done). No update after medical passed 5 weeks ago.
