Hey guys, I keep receiving the email about the IRCC Permanent Residence Portal (Permanent Residence Confirmation). I just got the 5th email, even though I replied to it twice with the information required, and I wrote that I was currently on vacation for the next 3 weeks. Someone please help me. I am unsure of what to do, and IRCC is not picking up when I call

I heard some individuals managed to get hold of them over the phone, so you may have to try more than once. You'll get lucky and speak to an agent if you keep trying.
