Hi, I received the test email on June 9 with Test Window from June 11 to July 1. I took the test on June 11, the tracker was updated on June 15 with Test marked as completed on June 14
i would say my letter was a bit different and not with so much ( contact us as soon as possible) as yours . As I am reading my letter again now it says that we will cut the PR card after the ceremony on our own and then send a picture. So there is quite differences between offices and how easy or complicated they are.
Another quick question please if you can confirm! Your responses have been very helpful so far.
From your online tracker does it show the date when your "Oath" was changed to completed from in progress? Just trying to understand how long it takes for them to change this to completed post Oath ceremony. Is it only a few days or it takes longer?

It was updated the day after my oath ceremony to completed and it says application have been closed as i became a Canadian citizen.
I am happy to answer any questions and wish you all the best.
* i tried inserting a picture of the tracker but i failed. sorry.
How we know Citizenship Certificate dispatched? Can I assume as long as online status changed as completed? Still my online account shows as Oath IN progress? Not sure is there any way to check?

As per what others have posted in different threads, you can assume that the certificate is dispatched when you see the "Completed" status on your application.
However, I also recall there was a post that said CAF doesn't provide any letters of support for urgent processing (but I can't find that link).
You'll have to make-do with the documents you already have (like the job position requirements that show the need for Canadian citizenship, your academic documents that show that you are eligible to apply for that position etc) IF you don't get a letter from CAF.
