Just checked the old system and status has been updated to 'Decision Made'. I think it may have changed along with everything else yesterday.

Yes mostly except oath rest would have been completed. Did you check in the new tracker? if not check it at https://cst-ssc.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login, it shows all sections when they were completed. Register and view the status.

Yes, I have the new tracker as well and everything except oath has been completed. I wonder how long they're gonna make me wait to do the oath?

Toronto, it seems the processing office is Mississauga. One of my friend is waiting since April 1st for the Oath.

What happens in oath ceremony? Is it like an interview on webcam on zoom? Or do you just sit and watch a ceremony on zoom?

Well as the name suggests, you'll take the oath of citizenship. You'll also sign the confirmation of oath form and send it back to IRCC. This is done via Zoom and yes, you'll need a webcam.
