Try calling right when they open up the lines, avoid around mid-day ish.

Well, best case scenario they finish April by the end of the month and finish May and June by the end of November, therefore, we get AOR in December. But I think January is more realistic. Worst case scenario, I would say March. If we get AOR in March they would only have 4 months to process everything before the 12 month line.
Your thoughts?

This is just speculation of course. Me and my spouse talk about this all the time, just wanted to get some other opinions.

When I called up IRCC last week for temp. file number, the agent advised me that they are currently processing mid June files & it may take around a month for July files to receive AORs, anyways, I hope that by Dec atleast, we would be able to get our AORs

But half of March doesn’t even have AOR? Agents don’t know much tbh

Upload online and inquire in the same webform if/where the original should be sent.

My husband called IRCC too and he was told we may get AOR anytime from November.

Half of March dont have AOR yet (and they started on them in August) Its looking real bad at the moment. There is no chance in hell for AOR in November for July Apps - zero chance. January would be a miracle. I won't care to speculate on long term projections beyond 2020.

Just got a letter from my postal service saying that they can't find my file and can't garante it was delivered. I sent it back in July so... to say I'm pissed off is an understatement. I thought is was delivered.
Anyways, I want to call and ask about my file, some people from July already got a temp number by calling, if I call and they don't have me in the system that means bad news.
I'm outside Canada, what number do I call and whats the procedure?
Some people say Google Hangouts but it's not working. Can someone walk me tru it? I called via Hangouts and a voice said I can't make the call. Do I have to put money in the app? change my location?

I can't comment on whether it is received or not but as far as calling from out of the country it doesn't seem to work any way I tried. Direct phone call, Skype, using a VPN showing I am in Canada, some how their system recognizes this stuff and won't let the call thru. I have heard on here that you can try to do a party call with a person in Canada from your location then try to call and add IRCC to the conversation. That way you would be able to speak to them from outside Canada. Worth a try. Otherwise add a person in Canada as your representative, have them call IRCC and ask your Q's for you.
