Half of March dont have AOR yet (and they started on them in August) Its looking real bad at the moment. There is no chance in hell for AOR in November for July Apps - zero chance. January would be a miracle. I won't care to speculate on long term projections beyond 2020.

After seeing that April is filling up and May started processing I would renege my opinion of January miracle and say its a real possibility...November for July?? I doubt.

I can't comment on whether it is received or not but as far as calling from out of the country it doesn't seem to work any way I tried. Direct phone call, Skype, using a VPN showing I am in Canada, some how their system recognizes this stuff and won't let the call thru. I have heard on here that you can try to do a party call with a person in Canada from your location then try to call and add IRCC to the conversation. That way you would be able to speak to them from outside Canada. Worth a try. Otherwise add a person in Canada as your representative, have them call IRCC and ask your Q's for you.

I have been running into the same problem, can't get a call thru. I sent a webform, now I just have to play the waiting game.
I'll look into the party call, that seems promising.

Very +ve now I bet they will finish MAR+APR then MAY will be finished by the end of NOV and so on . Mind u this speed may pick up more sounds like new officers are on the job so they will pick up speed. Fingers crossed

I must add here ; looks like officers working from home 24x7 no days OFF home has more facilities + safety etc..

outland AP's don't get work permits.
You can only link to the account after AOR1.
