Guys, I am planning to re-submit my application. I am not sure if I have signed all the documents. But what should I put in to this second application in question 3 "Have you every applied for Canadian citizenship?" and also they are asking for reason which I really don't know right now.
On top of your 2nd application, you can attach an LOE explaining the reasons for your 2nd application submission and ask them to reject your 1st application submitted

If I were you, I would rather send them a new application stating my reasons for 2nd application in LOE attached to that application due to huge backlog and almost 4-6 months AOR receiving time.
Could you please add me to tracker?Location: Waterloo, ON

Actually he gave the photo for passport application and not for citizenship grant. Take the citizenship grant photo specification to your photographer.

I believe PR app, citizenship and passport photos requirement are the same. You can confirm the photos he has given you and compare with the citizenship spec form online. That being said, most studios have the generic stamp with the address and date and it has the signature of garaunter field. This is required for passport photos so you can ignore that.
Don't think this is an issue but you can confirm your specs with the citizenship app online and they should be fine.
