Can you send it twice? What happens if first one was okay?

No I mean what happens if I send my application twice?

One of them will be rejected because of payment as your receipt can be tagged to only one app.

So let's say I don't remember if I have signed the application, so I can always resend it and if the first one is fine, then they will reject the second one, if not they will process the second one.

Hi,

Do not worry. Once u get AOR, then u will use web form and change address.
