Canada Post has delayed to delivery the package. Mine took so many days and I still see "out for delivery" since July 29, but I believe that they IRCC got my package at this day lol.

Yes, link the application. You need to get Aor first

You can't link your application to your IRCC account. You can only see updates on eCAS.

At what point do they check if the application is incomplete or not? Just before the AOR or is it upon the application is received?
