Below is my timeline during pandemic. And haven't got any update after receiving correspondence letter. Did anyone get the approval and passport request in this month (July'2020) or anyone know someone who's application got approved and received passport request?

My time line is similar to yours, but I received correspondence on may 6th, since then no update, I applied for gcms and it shows my file approved on may 6th itself, they are holding passport request purposely, so we have to wait until VFS back in track....

How much time does it take for CIC to get on a decision after the Biometrics correspondence letter. It has been weeks and weeks, still no response. Feels really frustrated, are they waiting to get the COVID-19 gone completely and then they can finalize?
