I believe in Canada office since it was filed online from Canada.

Yes i got decision on 24 june and passport stamped on 3 july

So when you are deciding to go canada,is it a work permit or PR visa

Correspondence letter is like ur file is in final stage, in normal scenario within 2 days u will get the decision, but ongoing Pandemic it will take time, I received correspondence on may 6th and still waiting for decision...

My time line is similar to yours, but I received correspondence on may 6th, since then no update, I applied for gcms and it shows my file approved on may 6th itself, they are holding passport request purposely, so we have to wait until VFS back in track....
