Tried calling the High Commission in Delhi but it said the office was closed. I'm still waiting for NDVO to send me a reply regarding my spouse's application. I sent additional documents on March 1st. Still no response. Applied on August 15, 2019.

CSQ is a Quebec permanent visa that is issued in Immigration Quebec's office in Montreal. The office is opened but doesn't mean that NDVO has opened. NDVO has asked me to submit it in February.
