Hey guys,
Medical has been requested for me, my spouse and children. We have done our medicals before one week, but my spouse have been called for second x- ray the next day. Then they everything was ok, but yesterday they have called and requested further investigation I think it is sputum test. My spouse didn't have any TB history and no symptoms currently. I am so scared, any advice please.
Hi,
When they called the day before yesterday, what exactly did they request?
I have some seen some forum members go through what you are going through. Eventually, they cleared it.

They have called and told my spouse, to give sample for three consecutive days in the morning. They didn't say what sample but I guess it is sputum. We are hoping for the best for the test result to be negative.
All communication came directly from NBO including PPR.
Hello Lina,
In the likelihood that you are still active on this forum and able to see this message, I want to ask you how did Nairobi VO send you the PPR, was it via a message in MyCIC account or through email only?
I am very close to PPR as I got remedical request last month and waiting to pass and get PPR.
Regards,
Mohamed

Hi, all NBO communication came through email, followed by a message in my account a few minutes later. good luck !!!
Hey guys!
I really need your advise!!!
I am paper based mpnp applicant, my AOR was May 2019 and my visa office is nairobi. I got a medical request on January 2020 and went for medical after ten days. The medical exam for me and my children was ok, unfortunately my spouse became HIV +be. The news was very shocking for us. There was further investigations done HBV and HCV was not found, but his CD4 count is 119. The panel physician ordered for TB investigation where the result will come around April 24, 2020. He has already started treatment in a public health facility when we heard the result. The treatment started one month ago, so should we inform and provide a medical report for IRCC? Do you think we will have a chance with having HIV positive spouse? Is there any other way we can increase our chance for PPR?
Please give me your advise!!!

Is your application Spouse Sponsorship? Try to see earlier posts on this thread. It seems @
Wamlambez, whose post is on this page, received the medical request before the file was transferred to Kenya office.
My friend who went through this program last year received both passport request and medical request at the same time from Nairobi office. One month after submitting both to the office, he got approval on the portal. So, like my friend, it is possible they will request medical as the last step.
Actually I haven’t received medical request yet, just biometric.

My bad. I thought MR meant Medical Request.
