I applied for PR under FSW -O and my AOR is May 19th 2020,

Are our applications processed in Canada or Kenya?

Congrats for the application.

The application is first processed in Canada by CIO Sydney office where a document completeness check is first checked by the first IRCC agent, medical is passed by Health Canada, then finally 11.2 is stage is checked by the second agent. That's when the decision is made where the file will be finalized (the final check by the visa officer). Mostly, the file is processed within Canada (mostly by Ottawa office) but some files are sent to the local visa office of the applicant. The reason been load distribution.

As your AOR is only 19 May 2020, call IRCC call center in mid July to know update of your file. By then, you will know the office that will finalize your application.

Eligibility: Passed
Security: Not Started
Criminality: In Progress
Medical: Passed
Info Share: Complete

Criminality is pending on my non-accompanying Spouse's biometric. There was a misunderstanding between I and the LVO, but anyways, I have now paid for Spouse's biometric and waiting for BIL.

Yes, they replied to my email last week saying they are now processing PR applications. Also, one spousal PR applicant got medical request from Nairobi on last Friday.
