Ours was basically the same. Medical request on 27 Feb, passed medicals early in March and received PPR and DM yesterday. From what I have gathered, if you are from a country where medicals get requested after AOR2, it is usually a month after medicals have been requested before you get DM.

From what I noticed on the request that I got, it states that Primary Office: CPC Mississauga. So hold on guys, CPC-M is gonna process the files as well for Outland Applicants.
But at the very bottom of the letter it was processed by NDVO. Now I feel sorry for Visa Officers as I have been cursing them since the beginning that they are lazy. Or it could be just my Wife's Luck.
