Hi guys,
How many of you who had Decision made and eventually Passport request, had the Pre-Arrival services email? I don’t think this is the case for everyone, right?

We had DM after pre arrival mail. PPR is still pending.

Hi, Pls help! We receive additional docs request last Feb. 15 then submitted it Feb 21 thru email after 3 days gc key says docs has been uploaded until March11 we decided to check if docs are ok already coz we're worried that our application might hit the due date of the request but agent said docs submitted was already reviewed but up until now GCkey still says our action is required Does anyone knows what to expect or do next? Thanks

She have to be in Canada in order to apply for Work permit. For outside its not applicable.

We are showing same message and were worried as well. We decided to see what’s that about and call CIC but they said since the file is with local Visa office outside Canada they can’t do or see anything and we didn’t get any answer about the message. So we decided to file technical difficulties report which you can do by clicking on the button on gckey. After some back and forth with screenshots they said that issue should be fixed but the message is still there... but when they said that message shouldn’t be there it gave us reassurance that no action is required. Sounds like it’s a glitch, nothing else.

You will have to login in GcKey account to see what documents CC has asked for. You submitting as soon as possible what was asked will help you to avoid any delays.

I can't login in gckey bcz I have a representative... I'm waiting from him to tell me what documents the ask for... and I will provide asap

We rushly uploaded the docs requested and followed the instructions. After that, the gc key home status ''your action is required' turned to submitted right away. Maybe this is also one of their page update! Been worried sick coz we are just 2days left from the due, better check yours.

Thanks for your suggestion! Although it doesn’t show as anything needs to be uploaded or has”required by” date, our Police Certificate has expired now so we’ll go get a new one/translate it and upload it. If there’s an option we’d rather be proactive and not wait until they request it a month later.
The thing is “your action is required” was there before the certificate expired ... either way this gives us something to do while the wait is going on and on and on and on...
