I applied for visit visa last year and after linking my file its showing biometrics are valid till 2028.

In that case i am unclear on biometrics request again if the one given in June 2018 are valid .
Has any once experienced it...can some one advise

As i mentioned yesterday my wife (PA) recieved a letter to make a payment for biometric fees and submit via web form. I intend to make the payment with my visa card is there an issue with that? Also i intend to submit the receipt via webform on her behalf but do i put her information in the Enquirer Information as i would have in the Applicant information or mine. Also what do i select as application type/enquiry, Sponsorship or permenant residence or ect.

Hi! Your visa should be fine as @svilli already mentioned.
I'd say it's safer to to put PA's info in the form when you submit, because it's your wife who has to do that, not you. So you CAN do that for her, just with her info.

Hospital/Clinic should use eMedical to submit the result to IRCC directly. But if she was told to submit explicitly by the hospital, I hope some of the other members could help.

It's always a physician who submits reports. They have their own internal system to communicate with CIC. That's what I know. Theoretically a person who's doing an exam (a PA) should not be given anything after that.

I think ali asks how to upload a receipt, not what is the next step in general

You need to use a web form (that's what everyone here did to upload). Go here http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp
Click tell us more, and then follow the suggested steps. There you will be able to upload your pdf.
