Do you think if one has changed many addresses in the eligibility period, for example 15 and those were listed in the application...that can cause a substantial amount of delay in processing of application, background checks etc?

It can cause delay, they may ask for fingerprints but won't take too too long.

I want to say it might be a test invite but it should say something st the very beginning like this:

The purpose of this notice is to invite you to your Canadian Citizenship Test.


The date, time and details of your appointment are attached to this email.


· Please read the attached notice carefully to verify the date/time of your appointment

· Please do not arrive more than 1 hour prior to your scheduled Citizenship Test due to the high amount of client volume in the check-in/waiting area.


It doesn’t say the purpose of the notice?

It just says an appointment on 13 November. Anyway friend thanks for your suggestions.

What is your age if you don't mind ? As you won't be asked for test if you are above 55 yr of age then there is only interview.

Started Processing: June 06, 2018
Test Invite: October 01, 2018
Test Date: October 24, 2018 . (passed at Hamilton ON office)


Just took the test today and passed 20/20 so decision is still not made however the officer said waiting time is around 3-4 months for Oath Ceremony. From the sound of it Hamilton is not the fastest.
