I am finally done with IRCC had my Oath Ceremony today 11 months and 5 days after they receive my application good luck to all the August applicants who is still waiting.

Hello everyone.

I applied for citizenship in August 2017 .

they received it on August 21 2017 .

I had test on February 12 2018.

After 6 month from the test , I am still on in process.

Next week it will be one year from the date that they received the documents.

Is anyone has like this situation .

. Because I heard that the total time for citizenship is one year I am worried about my application. I get stressed.

I emailed them last month they just replied me "we are on our limit zone time . And sent me some processing time links.

You should email them again and tell when you applied and that’s it’s been 6 months since you did your test and you have no information on your file and in 2 weeks it would be a year since you applied also remind them that and their website they say that application is process in order receive and yet there’s people who applied after you who is already receive Oath Invite and become citizen that’s just my suggestion.

Please update the spreadsheet: Exam done on Sep 6th. Waiting for Oath. Was told it'll be another 6 to 8 weeks.
