Hi, on the ECAS they said that they have mailed a correspondence in July 3, but until now I haven't receive it? Where can I inquire about this letter?

If I were u I will call the call center ASAP and let them know that u did not receive the letter yet so they can help u they might send it to u again

as far as I know test invite will be email, the online status will only be change after u pass the test to ''decision made''

that is correct. I received my "Notice to appear" for the test via an email and my status on the website still shows the old update from may "we started processing your application"
