Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship 2017

In parents sponsorship after landing paper received ( PR ) if dependent would like to come first to Canada and applicant later visit to Canadais it possible ?
I my case my father ( main applicant )plan to visit Canada later (October) but Mom ( dependent) plan to come first ( August)

Is it possible or some concern would be there?

I applied for my mother in law
On May 22, 2018, ECAS shows.
We sent you medical instructions on May 22, 2018. To avoid delays, please provide us the information requested in the letter as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Till today did not receive any email for medical request. On May 31, I called the call centre and he said CIC sent email but by mistake they misspelled my email. he told me that he will send email to CIC to correct my email address. On June 5, I received an automated email that to send documents that were not sent before. but did not get any information regarding medical. On June 13 I again called the call center and he informed that call center sent email to CIC on May 31 regarding the misspelled email address and informed me that they cannot do anything more. he gave the number that is on my file for the medical exam and informed that you can go to physician panel and if they will do the medical exam with this number.
I don't know what I can do whether I can go to the physician for the medical exam or i can wait for medical exam request.
Secondly, can I send police clearance certificate in response to the automated email that I received on June 5.
Anybody have any advice
please help

You should use the number to do the ME. You can't send anything to no-reply email. But you can send PCC through webform.

hello, anybody from first round 2017 still waiting for SA, ecas showing in process? i have it as in process since January and no updates since then.

They received my application on May 31, 2017, my AOR was on August 10 and no SA jet

Have you heard from them at all? has your ecas changed to In proces

Just follow the instructions. The email address is given, you can use that one.

I am just curious, if your parents are in canafa but your visa office processing your application is in the home country like my parents’ case is in Manila, Philippines. In PPR, who would issue the visa? I mean where will you send the passports, to ottawa since they are in Canada or to the visa processing office?

For PCC I received mail from the automated mail id (i.e. donotreply@cic.gc.ca) and the letter still says:
"Please reply directly to this email and put your application number in the title."

I have uploaded the PCC on my cic account. Do I have to still send it in an email. If yes what would be the email id?

Got an email from IRCC, asking me to check the documents.

One of them is "Traveling History", IMM 5562.

However, in the Documents Checklist of IMM5771E, there is no IMM 5562 required.

Anyone could help to explain? Do I have to download IMM 5562 and fill it as additional document?

If you use the landing paper, the dependent can't land alone. But your father can come alone or with your mother.

Just want to clear ,you mean that father (main applicant) can come alone with landing paper first time ,Then mother(dependent )could come later alone,but dependent Cannot come alone first time without main applicant or either Main applicant could go alone first .

You need to prepare all the document needed and email to them. Each one has a title like : file number- applicant name-document name. Good luck!
