I am not well versed with the Venezuelan PCC's but if thats the only thing available, maybe you can provide a Letter of Explanation (LOE)

LoE, is simply a letter addressing to visa officer including subject and explanation. add few details about yourself too e.g. your name, application number, passport number etc.

Why not. You can try Australia by the side and still keep the Ray of hope by doing another IELTS.... Don't loose hope

if you are planning to write again, just try not filling the reason for IETLS exam as immigration, say like a job or something

i mean i submitted profile, today as i am completing my 1 year today.
My points are 445 including everything today (inc 1 year of experience completed today )

is it ok as i submitted today ? there should be no problem ?

Yeah, I'm aware that my situation is different from some of the other people here. Still, this is a great community to participate in, and hopefully I can help people by answering questions and offering support. Hopefully you will get your ITA soon too! It must be diffucult to be so close, but yet never know what might happen. Good luck!

I am back into you wonderful Ray of Hope. We got our ITA in March, with CRS score 442, then it was my bday and I lost 5 point but we got lucky jumped on the last train and got ITA before my bday.

Used solicitors to check, double check and triple check our case/file/docs.... GOt rejected for incompleteness ...!! BECAUSE solicitors forgot to attached my husbands passport copy!!!!!
I have no words. They said they will file a reconsideration letter, but I have no hope for that! Now we are back into the pool with 437.
We went to Canada last week I was interviewing all week got 3 potential offers subject to PR...and all gone now!

There better a draw tomorrow. And hey @jaggeo, I mentioned immigration as the reason for taking IELTS while filling out the forms. I don't think that makes any difference. We usually get a score that we deserve.

Sorry to hear this. Its such a shame. I hope there will be some good in what happened. It was a precious ITA. I keep worrying about the same. Getting ITA is only a first important step in a long journey....
