If the PR card from Spain is a travel document like Canada's PR card, then yes, you should send a copy, front and back, with your application.

We are recording the location of the CPC that will be processing the application. In your case, it will be Calgary most probably. That's why I put Calgary as your location.

You mean it changed to "in process" on ecas or you just could access your application on ecas.
