You mean it changed to "in process" on ecas or you just could access your application on ecas.

Oh yeah, I would suppose that is automatically the case when the app is received. I am not well versed in the lingo, I will update when it says in process. It just says app received.

If they sent me AOR letter by email, does it mean my application is ok and I am not missing anything?

That's right. It means all basic information is already there and application is complete. This doesn't mean, however, that they might not ask for additional documents/information later throughout the process though this rarely happens.

Adding myself to this! Applied earlier in March as family of three - myself and two young sons.
Application package got returned as one out of three apps were incomplete - I missed checking ONE BOX as Yes/No! That was it. Eugh.

Anyway, I checked appropriate box, wrote cover letter and reattached the receipt for family payment. Very confusing letter from CIC stating that payment wasn't made etc. But from this forum I've confirmed that original payment receipt is still valid. Thank goodness.

So will start studying for exam and hoping I get my citizenship before PR runs out in November!

One question..can we check status on ecas before Aor ?? If yes, what should i select in identification type .... i tried uci# but not working. Please advise.

No, you will only be able to check ecas within 24 to 48 hours after receiving AoR. You won't be able to access your application before AoR.

thanks for the link I am not there I submitted Feb.23 but it was received Mar.2 AOR Mar.22 I checked both months I did not appear on either sheets.
